Method
- Let the butter soften a little.
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, icing sugar, salt, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder and Ölich Olive Oil into a smooth dough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut out biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
