Our rock salt comes from Çankırı in Turkey, a region known for its salt deposits. The salt is mined sustainably, so its natural taste is kept. It is a clean, coarse salt without additives.
Our rock salt is ideal for grilled dishes, salads, sauces or for seasoning freshly prepared food at the table.
