The Olive Leaf Starter Set is the ideal way to discover the many sides of olive leaves. It includes our pure Olive Leaf Tea, which puts the honest taste of the leaf at the centre, and three blends that combine olive leaves with carefully selected herbs and flowers.

🥄 Preparation
To get the best out of your olive leaf tea, follow these simple steps:
- Boil fresh water and let it cool to about 90–100 °C.
- Put 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) of olive leaves in a cup.
- Pour the hot water over the leaves.
- Let the tea steep for 5–7 minutes so the aromas can fully unfold.
Tip: For a fresh kick, add a squeeze of lemon juice, or enjoy the tea with a teaspoon of honey to bring out the sweet notes.

Origin: our Olive Leaf Tea comes from our sunny groves in Edremit on the Turkish Aegean coast.
Growing: the olive leaves are grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
Harvest: the leaves are picked by hand in the best season, so only fresh, high-quality leaves are used.
Processing: the air-dried leaves are processed gently for a mild, slightly bitter taste.

Our olive leaves come from our family groves in Edremit. They are picked by hand and air-dried.
Nothing else goes into the tin: 100% olive leaves, no flavourings, no additives. That’s why the tea tastes the way it does: mild, slightly bitter and clear.
