Olive leaves as the main ingredient, with valerian root, passionflower, hops, lemon balm and chamomile. Floral and mild in the cup, the calmest of our four blends. The olive leaves come from our family groves in Edremit. No flavourings at all.
🥄 Preparation
To get the best out of your Schlafliebe tea, follow these simple steps:
- Boil fresh water and let it cool to about 90–100 °C.
- Put 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) of Schlafliebe in a cup.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs.
- Let the tea steep for 5–7 minutes so the aromas can fully unfold.
Tip: For a fresh kick, add a squeeze of lemon juice, or enjoy the tea with a teaspoon of honey to bring out the sweet notes.

Origin: the ingredients of our Schlafliebe tea come from traditional growing regions in Turkey. The olive leaves come from our family groves in Edremit, a region known for its old olive groves.
Growing: our plants grow without chemical fertilisers or pesticides, on fertile soils in a mild climate. So every ingredient keeps its full aroma.
Harvest: each plant is harvested by hand in its best season. Only good leaves and flowers make it into your cup.
Gentle processing: gentle air-drying keeps the herbs’ aroma and the mild, slightly herbal taste of Schlafliebe.

Inspiration
Our tea blends were inspired by our Olive Leaf Tea, which had become an insider tip among our customers. Their feedback encouraged us to create more blends with olive leaves at their heart.

Idea
Our idea: olive leaves as the main ingredient, combined with herbs and flowers that go well with their mild, slightly bitter taste. Valerian root and passionflower in Schlafliebe, green tea and lemongrass in Kraftliebe, ginger and elderberries in Immunliebe.
