Loose tea instead of tea bags
Why it matters
Many tea bags contain plastic and are hard to break down, so they add to plastic waste. With a stainless steel tea infuser and loose tea you avoid tea bags altogether and are kinder to the environment.
Many tea bags contain plastic
Many tea bags are made with plastic fibres. With loose tea you don’t need them at all.
Less waste
Loose tea and a reusable infuser mean no tea bags to throw away after every cup.
Better for the environment
Plastic-coated tea bags are hard to break down and add to plastic waste.

In the summer of 2017 the idea for Ölich was born.
