Many olive oils are blends. Oils of different origins are mixed so that taste and price stay the same all year. The label then says something like “blend of olive oils of EU origin” or “of EU and non EU origin”. Where exactly the oil comes from remains unclear.
Our Ölich Olive Oil is not a blend. One single region, Edremit. One single variety, Memecik. Never blended, never anonymous, always fresh.
