Grilled Carrots with Avocado

For this recipe, you do not have to bother with peeling the carrots. The thin skins simply contain a lot of nutrients.


5 Carrots, cut in half lengthwise

1 Avocado, cut into large pieces

1/2 Cup mint

1/4 Cup Ölich Olive Oil

3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 Tsp honey

1 Pinch of Ölich sea salt

    Prepare the stove on medium heat.

    Pour lemon juice and honey into a large bowl.

    Mix with the whisk and in half the process enter the Oily olive oil.

    Mix the carrots with the remaining 2 tbsp. Grease the oily olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Season with the Ölich Agäissalz.

    Grill carrots, turning occasionally, until slightly charred and tender in places - about 14-18 minutes.

    Then immediately put the carrots in a bowl with sauce. Turn and coat with the Oily Aegean Salt.

    Arrange avocado and carrots on a platter. Pour over the remaining sauce, then season with mint.

    Serve the carrots warm or at room temperature.
