Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Salad

Making a Brussels sprout salad sounds a little intimidating, but it doesn't require much preparation. With a combination of toasted almonds, parmesan cheese, and pomegranate seeds, it's the best side dish for almost any meal.


5 tbsp. Ölich olive oil

5 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Ölich Aegean sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

500g. Brussels sprouts, halved and thinly sliced

1/2 cup. chopped toasted almonds

1/2 cup. Pomegranate seeds

Shredded Parmesan cheese, to serve

    In a medium bowl, whisk together Ölich olive oil, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of Ölich Aegean Sea salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.

    Add the Brussels sprouts.

    You should take the whole recipe min. 20 Min or max. Leave to rest in a bowl for 4 hours.

    Then cut the almonds and pomegranate seeds, put them in and garnish with Parmesan before serving.
