We combine artichoke, which most people don't like, but which is extremely good for our health, with rice pilaf to make a delicious side dish for dinner. For those who are bored of presenting the same pilaf at every meal, the artichoke pilaf dish could be a refreshing change.

3 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons of Ölich olive oil
2 medium onions-chopped
2 Cups rice
2 Cups peas - boiled
4 medium artichokes
Ölich Aegean sea salt
White pepper
3 Glasses of water
peel of ½ lemon-grated
½ Bunch of dill
