Artichoke Rice Dish

We combine artichoke, which most people don't like, but which is extremely good for our health, with rice pilaf to make a delicious side dish for dinner. For those who are bored of presenting the same pilaf at every meal, the artichoke pilaf dish could be a refreshing change.

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons of Ölich olive oil

2 medium onions-chopped

2 Cups rice

2 Cups peas - boiled

4 medium artichokes

Ölich Aegean sea salt

White pepper

3 Glasses of water

peel of ½ lemon-grated

½ Bunch of dill

Instructions

    Wash and drain the rice.

    Add the oily oil and butter to the rice cooker.

    Chop the onions, add to the saucepan and lightly fry.

    Add the rice and continue to fry.
  • 5
    Cut the artichokes into large cubes and add to the pot.

    Then add the peas and mix one round.

    Add sea salt, black pepper and water and cook over medium heat until it absorbs the water.

    When the rice is drained, add the grated lemon zest and finely chopped dill, ventilate from the bottom up, put a towel on top, close the lid and leave for 10-15 minutes.
