Schmackhafter Radieschen-Aufstrich mit Schafskäse
100g Frischkäse
100g cremiger Schafskäse
3-4 Radieschen
2 EL Ölich Olivenöl
Ägäissalz, schwarzer Kampotpfeffer aus der Mühle, etwas ChiliFrische Petersilie … Menge nach Belieben … klein schneiden
Etwas Zitronensaft
Directions

Schritt 1: Frischkäse und Schafskäse in eine Rührschüssel geben.
Schritt 2: Mit einem Mixer gut vermengen
Schritt 3: Gewürze, Petersilie, Olivenöl und Zitronensaft zugeben und verrühren.
Schritt 4: Nun die Radieschen in den Aufstrich raspeln und erneut verrühren.
Schritt 5: In einem geschlossenen Behältnis hält sich der Aufstrich ein paar Tage im Kühlschrank.
