
Basilikum Pesto: Das Rezept zum selber machen
Welche Zutaten werden benötigt:
Pinienkerne
Frischer Knoblauch
Hochwertiger & würziger Parmesan
Frische Basilikum Blätter
Olivenöl
Step 1: Pinienkerne, Knoblauch & Parmesan mixen
Als erstes werden die Knoblauchzehen geschält und der Parmesan (am Stück) in kleine Stückchen geschnitten. Alles zusammen mit einer Hand voll Pinienkerne, in den Mixer geben und mixen bis es eine sämige Konsistenz bekommt. Damit ist der Erste Schritt geschafft.
