Chop up all the dried fruits in a bowl and boil them up in 1.5 tea glasses of water.

Then just add 1 tbsp of the ground flaxseed and 1 tbsp of the olive oil and mix them.

Keeps the mixtures in 3 small glasses each and consumes them on an empty stomach with 2 glasses of water each.
